Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Because all of our items are handmade to order, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time is estimated at 8–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages Finish Touch Accessories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
