Handmade Nature of Our Products All of our items are handmade with care, which means slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur — no two pieces are exactly alike. These natural differences are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects. Minor imperfections inherent to the handmade process are expected and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items If your item arrives with a significant defect or damage caused during production or shipping, please contact us at finishtouchaccessories@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work to make it right.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us at finishtouchaccessories@gmail.com and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Digital Products All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
